Public registration remains disabled until the final agreement is reviewed for the actual legal entity, jurisdictions, features, vendors, and commercial model.
Pre-launch status
ForNextGen AI is currently a pre-launch product. These proposed Terms of Use are not the final customer contract and no payment is accepted. The final version will identify the contracting legal entity, registered address, governing law, dispute process, pricing terms, and effective date before public registration opens.
Eligibility and accounts
Customer accounts are limited to people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use one account only as permitted, and promptly report suspected compromise. We may suspend an account to protect customers, the service, or others where there is a reasonable security, abuse, or legal concern.
Permitted use
Use ForNextGen AI only for lawful purposes and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for the information you submit, the instructions you give, and decisions or communications you make using outputs.
AI limitations and human review
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, tax, employment, insurance, lending, safety, or emergency advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person. Review important output independently and seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit, subject to rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content. Do not submit confidential third-party material, regulated personal data, or copyrighted material unless you are authorised to do so. Output may not be unique; check rights and accuracy before using it commercially.
Third-party services
Future tools may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, or integrations. They will be enabled only after security and privacy review. Their services may be subject to separate terms and notices.
Changes, availability, and support
We may change or discontinue preview functionality while developing the service. Material future Terms changes will be notified as required. A verified support and legal-contact channel will be published before public launch; until then, please do not send private information through unverified channels.
