Privacy and data controls
This platform is not yet accepting public customer data. This notice records the product commitments and controls required before launch; it is not a substitute for legal review of the final operating business.
Status and contact
This is ForNextGen AI's pre-launch privacy notice, dated 27 September 2026. Public registration is disabled while the operating legal entity, address, privacy-contact process, vendors, and final retention schedule are completed. A verified privacy-contact channel will be published before public customer data is accepted. This notice will be replaced with a legally reviewed final version before launch.
Personal data we plan to collect
Account data (email, optional name, password hash, policy acceptance and security events); content a customer deliberately submits to a tool; technical and security data needed to operate the service; and billing data only if a payment provider is introduced. We will not request government IDs, health records, payment-card details, biometrics, or other sensitive data in general-purpose tools.
Why we use it
We use data to provide the requested service, authenticate accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, meet legal duties, and communicate service notices. We do not sell personal data. We do not use private prompts or files to train models unless a future feature asks for separate, explicit opt-in permission.
Sharing and international transfers
Data will be disclosed only to approved service providers acting for ForNextGen AI, legal authorities when required by law, and a successor in a lawful business transaction. Before launch, the final notice will name each material provider, its processing location, applicable transfer safeguard, and relevant contractual commitments. Integrations will require a clear user action and may be disconnected.
Retention, security, and deletion
We will publish feature-specific retention periods before storage is enabled. Customer content will be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to legal, security, dispute, and backup limitations. Planned controls include encryption in transit, private storage, least-privilege access, MFA for administrators, audit logs, rate limits, malware scanning, and tested deletion workflows. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, customers can request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and an explanation of relevant automated processing. We will verify a request proportionately to protect accounts. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and opt out of sale or sharing; ForNextGen AI does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. EEA/UK users may complain to their data-protection authority.
Children
ForNextGen AI accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through customer accounts. A future child or school offering will not launch without a separate age-appropriate design review, lawful basis, parent/guardian process where required, and child-specific notice.
Changes
Material changes will be posted before they take effect and, where required, communicated directly or presented for renewed consent. The final policy will show its effective date, policy version, legal entity, address, and regional representative details where required.
